Booking your hire car
Planning ahead will help you to avoid common
car hire pitfalls, Book as far ahead as possible. And making a deposit in order
to avoid any hire rates rise up during peak holiday periods & fully booked.
Pay by Cash or Credit card
It is a good idea to pay the deposit for the
car rental in advance for securing your placement as we deal with the first
come first serve customer. Check how
much the deposit will be when you book – check our contract and agreement. – As
usual we require paying (1) month deposit and pre-payment, next we will issue
you the receipt of receiving your deposit and payment you can pay us in Cash or
Credit Card (Visa or Master Card).
Check the Car Carefully & Collecting the
car
Read the car hire agreement carefully before
you sign. Before you drive away, check the car for dents and scratches, check
the fuel levels and look over following features:
- Tires – including the spare
- Lights, Seat-belts, Windscreen wipers, Petrol caps, Brakes
- Interior & exterior car’s body & built-in equipment
Record every single mark and scratch on
the paperwork and take photographs to record any damage if necessary to make it
with our staff and to sign on the acknowledgment. It’s very important to make
sure our staffs and hirer to sign onthis paperwork & agreement
before collecting the car. Keep copies of the paperwork &agreement in a
safe place. This will help you to verify when you return it, in case you make a
fault of any damage occurred during your drive, the compensate will pay us for
a repairing fee.
Make sure you return the car on time.
Remember, if you don’t return the car with the same tank of fuel that you taken
and haven’t yet paid us for any repairing fee occurred, your deposit amount
will be used to settle this unpaid.
If you are retuning the car after hours, take
photographs of every panel to show there is no new damage and record the
mileage. Keep the photographs and copies of all paperwork you were given.
