AGREEMENT BETWEEN SOK HOUR CAR RENTAL & CAR HIRING OWNER
For every booking on car hiring with us, Sok Hour Car Rental or Asia Explorer Travel, a intermediary firm to find a guest for your car, you entitle to pay us for a commission fee on monthly basis at 10% of the rental fee you have.

Our Services Fees
  1. Pre-payment 10% of commission the same as your car have been hired and paid for.
  2. Pay us the next of 10% of commission if your car still are continued to hire.

Your Benefits from us:
  1. Finding a good and selected a reliable customers to hire your car,
  2. Negotiate with hirer to get higher pay on your behalf (market price)
  3. Make a contract and paperwork agreement & check your car with the hirer
  4. Inspect your car and keep tracking & dealing  with the hirer
  5. Follow up with you and the hirer for checking up on car for every month
  6. Send your car in/off and from/to  between you and the hirer
  7. Live time 24hours/7days to communicate with you and customer
  8. Check and inspect your car before, during and return your car from the hirer
  9. Worry-free everything will be worked on your behalf
  10. Keep contacting you for any new booking we got.
  11. No other hidden fee requirement
Your Requirement
  1. Ready for a car to hire as a required by us and hirer
  2. Check up your car in advance and make sure that you cars have no any fault or damage before agreeing to hirer, in case of any scratch or damage before hiring, you are required to fix it and keep recording even a single mark or scratch and let’s us know by signing on the inspection paperwork,
  3. Buy the Insurance to cover the car, it’s required to insure the ‘’Third Party + Passenger and Lost’’The Insurance must to the commercial purpose not for the personal use.
  4. Make sure your car well-equipment and in good condition with the following items
  • Tires – including the spare
  • Lights, Seat-belts, Windscreen wipers, Petrol caps, Brakes
  • Interior & exterior car’s body & built-in equipment
Out of our duty:
We try our best to facilitate and assist with you, customer and other related parties, in case of lost of any part of interior/exterior car’s body & built-in equipment or lost a whole car by the hirer. We can’t guarantee or pay for this losing even a single mark, there is only you as ‘’a car owner and the hirer’’ to solve it out. If any non-negotiable – the Cambodia Laws will the last one of the final judgment.
